DANG, Oct. 17 -- Police have arrested 21 leaders including six central committee members of the outlawed Nepal Communist Party from Rajpur rural municipality during their politburo meeting in Dang on Wednesday night.
Those arrested include Chandra Bahadur Chand, the brother of NCP supremo Netra Bikram Chand. Chandra is the chief of NCP's western command.
