Nepal, May 17 -- Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has called for a single-party majority government led by the UML, arguing that the current coalition has failed to deliver the expected pace of development and good governance.
Speaking at a program organized in the capital on Saturday, Oli expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the ruling coalition. "Development work has not gained the desired momentum under the current arrangement," he said. "To ensure rapid development and good governance, a UML majority is essential."
