Kathmandu, Nov. 19 -- Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that a conducive environment is gradually forming for the House of Representatives (HoR) election scheduled for March 5.

Highlighting what she called "significant progress" in the two months since assuming office, she expressed confidence that preparations for the polls would be completed in the remaining three and a half months.

Speaking in an interview with Nagarik Frontline, a weekly program broadcast every Wednesday night by Nepal Republic Media, PM Karki said that processes including party registration, voter roll updates, consultations with political parties and financial arrangements have moved positively, ensuring that the election will take place as planned.
