Kathmandu, Dec. 2 -- A man was killed and two others injured after an electric car lost control and struck a traffic officer and pedestrians at Kesharmahal on Tuesday.

The injured include Traffic Constable Pashuram Thakur, who serves at the Darbarmarg traffic post, and 66-year-old driver Suresh Raj Kalika of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16.

Police said the deceased was a male, approximately 30-35 years old, whose identity has not yet been confirmed.
