POKHARA, Nov. 4 -- Pokhara-based Paschimanchal Campus is preparing to start a course on tunnel engineering.
The college, which is located at Lamachaur of Pokhara, is starting tunnel engineering course at the master's level. The college, which is affiliated to Tribhuvan University, is starting the course from the next academic session with support from Gandaki Province government, and Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), said Ram Prasad Poudel, chief of the campus.
The course is included in the bachelor's of civil engineering, but tunnel engineering course was not included in the master's level, according to him. He further added that the curriculum has already been prepared.
