Nepal, Feb. 3 -- Nepali Congress (NC) Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma has said that the dissolved parliament will not be restored before March 5.

Addressing a gathering organized by NC Jhapa Constituency No. 2 in Birtamod on Monday, he urged the party cadres to participate fully in the elections to be held on March 5. "The dissolved parliament will not be restored as the court hearing process will be long. Therefore, the elections will be held on March 5 as scheduled."

He said that the NC has now embarked on a campaign to change the face of the country, and that the party has become a new party by electing youth as its leader through a special general convention.
