Kathmandu, Nov. 3 -- A total of 100,475 new voters have been added for the upcoming election scheduled for March 5. According to the Election Commission (EC), Nepali citizens born on or before March 3, 2008 will be eligible to vote in the election. The EC has also made arrangements for eligible citizens to register their names in the voter list online.
