Nepal, April 3 -- Police have arrested a person on charges of defrauding Rs 3.2 million Nepali by promising to send individuals to Serbia for foreign employment.

Angur GC, Superintendent of Police of the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, said that Suresh Maka, 28, of Bhaktapur Municipality-5, Bhaktapur, residing in Kageshwori Manohara Municipality-4, has been arrested on charges of defrauding a person by promising to send him to Serbia.

GC said, "Suresh was arrested from Boudha, Kathmandu, based on the complaint of the victim that he took Rs 3.2 million from people by promising to send them to Serbia and then disappeared."
