Nepal, April 4 -- The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has stated that it is continuously monitoring the aftermath of the Tinkune incident on March 28 and the status of individuals involved.

In a statement released on Friday, the NHRC reported that it has been following regular updates on individuals under custody, those injured and undergoing treatment, and those allegedly placed under house arrest.

According to the NHRC, Navaraj Subedi, coordinator of the 'Joint People's Movement Committee for Monarchy Restoration,' has been kept under police surveillance at his own residence.
