Nepal, March 6 -- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has declined for the fourth consecutive day. On Thursday, it dropped by 2.70 points compared to the previous day. Following this decline, the NEPSE index stands at 2,818 points.
The trading volume has also decreased. While the trading amount was Rs 10.97 billion in the previous day, it has now reached Rs 10.10 billion today. A total of 99 companies saw their share prices increase, while 132 companies experienced a decline, and 12 companies remained stable.
The development bank sector saw the highest increases by 1.86 percent. Similarly, banking increased by 0.03 percent, followed by Manufacturing & Processing segments by 0.24 percent, and microfinance by 0.05 percent. On the other hand, the ...
