Nepal, June 2 -- Bhagyashali Adhikari, a prominent figure in Nepali literature known for his contributions across various genres, has passed away following a heart attack, according to family sources.

As per his eldest daughter, Kabita Adhikari, he suddenly collapsed while drinking water after dinner around 9 pm on Sunday. He was immediately rushed to KMC Hospital, but doctors said that even if he had been brought in within five minutes, he could not have been saved.
