Kathmandu, Nov. 19 -- Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Dr Madan Pariyar, has informed that Nepal's participation in the UN climate conference, COP-30, has been effective.

The 30th edition of the Conference of the Parties under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is taking place in Belem, Brazil, this time.

Minister Dr Pariyar, who is leading the Nepali delegation to the COP-30, informed that Nepal was putting forth its agenda effectively in various sessions held as part of the annual climate event.
