KATHMANDU, Feb. 25 -- The construction of Nepal's largest solar power plant with A.C. capacity of 10 MW, developed in Dhalkebar district in Province 2, has been completed in a record duration of seven months despite the Covid 19 lockdown.

The power generated by the project has been successfully evacuated to the national grid. The developer , Eco Power Development Company Pvt ltd , contracted the project to the largest solar EPC company of Nepal, Kushal Projects Nepal Pvt Ltd under the design, supply, construction, operation and maintenance modality.
