Nepal, July 10 -- Nepali Congress (NC) rival faction leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala convened a meeting of his faction at his liaison office on Thursday after the party's Central Disciplinary Committee took action against several leaders.

The meeting was attended by Vice President Dhanraj Gurung, Joint General Secretary Jiban Pariyar, leaders Arjun Narsingh KC, Bal Bahadur KC, Disciplinary Committee member Sanjay Gautam and other central members currently available in Kathmandu.
