Kathmandu, Dec. 2 -- Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shashank Koirala has said that he or his brother Dr Shekhar Koirala will contest for the presidential post.Speaking to journalists in the capital on Tuesday, Dr Koirala noted that the party needs at least three months to properly organize the convention. "Time is short. If it's not possible in Poush, it will have to be held after the election," he said.
