Kathmandu, Dec. 10 -- Nepali Congress (NC) leader Chandra Bhandari has expressed his intention to contest for the party presidency at the upcoming 15th General Convention scheduled for January 10 to 12. As the convention approaches, Bhandari took to social media on Wednesday to publicly clarify his ambition.
