Kathmandu, Dec. 1 -- The Nepali Congress (NC) has formally decided to allow party President Sher Bahadur Deuba to become active during the 15th General Convention.

The decision was made at a Central Working Committee meeting held on Monday in Sanepa, enabling Deuba, who has been serving as the acting head of the party, to take on active responsibilities again.
