Nepal, May 12 -- A national conference titled "Water for Transformation of Agro-Food Systems" will be held in Kathmandu on May 15.
The conference, to be organized jointly by the Department of Water Resources and Irrigation, National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage, International Water Management Institute, and the Institute of Engineering, will aim at exploring the role of water in strengthening food systems through irrigation-agriculture collaboration.
