KATHMANDU, Feb. 1 -- NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal has requested the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha to set a 24-hour time limit for Indian cargo vehicles in Nepal.

The NADA team held a meeting with Minister Shrestha and demanded that 24-hour time be set for the Indian cargo vehicles. They have maintained that Indian cargo vehicles stay in Nepal for a long time, leaving serious impacts in their businesses.

Indian goods vehicles are currently allowed to stay in Nepal for 72 hours after entering the customs point. NADA complains that this has affected the sale of cargo vehicles in Nepal.
