Nepal, April 16 -- The Kathmandu Metropolitan City Police Force has taken action against a municipal police officer for misconduct toward an individual in the Baluwatar area.

Chief of Metropolitan Police Rajunath Pandey said the force removed the officer from duty and summoned him to the office for disciplinary action under the Metropolitan Police Act, 2080 BS, following the incident that took place around 8 am on Wednesday.
