Nepal, May 22 -- Mumbai Indians crushed Delhi Capitals by 59 runs to become the fourth team to qualify for the IPL 2025 playoffs.

Gujarat Titans, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Punjab Kings had already sealed their playoff spots. In Wednesday's match at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai batted first after losing the toss and posted 180 for five, powered by a half-century from Suryakumar Yadav.

Mumbai's bowlers then dismantled Delhi's batting lineup, bowling them out for just 121 runs in 18.2 overs. Jasprit Bumrah and Mitchell Santner picked up three wickets each, while Trent Boult, Deepak Chahar, Will Jacks, and Karn Sharma took one wicket apiece.
