Nepal, May 12 -- A youth died in a motorcycle accident on Monday morning in Dana area of Annapurna Rural Municipality-3 in Myagdi district.

According to police, the accident occurred when a motorcycle (Ga 16 Pa 6164) heading towards Beni from Dana collided with a bus (Ga 2 Kha 2139) traveling in the opposite direction towards Jomsom along the Beni-Jomsom-Korala road.

Shyam Bahadur Rana, head of the Dana Area Police Office, said that Aftab Salman, 20, from Birgunj, who was riding the motorcycle, died on the spot. Aftab had been operating a motorcycle repair center in Dana.
