Nepal, Aug. 26 -- The government has decided to establish Area District Administration Offices (DPOs) in 23 districts to make public service delivery more efficient. In a cabinet meeting held on Monday, the proposal to set up these offices was forwarded to the Cabinet's Administration Committee for review.

The Administration Committee will conduct the necessary discussions before moving forward with implementation. The move aims to simplify and streamline services provided through existing District and Area DPOs under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) by establishing a large number of new offices at once.
