Kathmandu, Oct. 27 -- Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising is scheduled to leave for New Delhi on Monday afternoon to take part in the 8th General Assembly of the International Solar Alliance (ISA).

Energy ministers from more than 40 countries are expected to attend the conference, which brings together member states to advance solar energy cooperation and policy. Nepal is also a member of the alliance.
