Nepal, Sept. 4 -- Meta, the parent company of Facebook, has asked Nepal's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology for details of documents required to register as a company in Nepal.

According to a ministry official, Meta representatives emailed the minister's expert advisor, Shalikram Parajuli, on Thursday afternoon requesting the list. The ministry responded within five minutes, sending information on the required documents for registration.
