Kathmandu, Oct. 19 -- CPN (Maoist Centre) coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal has dismissed CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli's recent demand to restore the House of Representatives (HoR), calling it "ridiculous."

Speaking at a tea reception organized by the All Nepal Trade Union Federation at the party office in Parisdanda on Saturday, Dahal said it was absurd for someone who had repeatedly dissolved parliament to now call for its reinstatement. "There is nothing more ridiculous than those who repeatedly dissolved the parliament and are now talking about restoring it," he said.
