Nepal, Sept. 25 -- CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has proposed dissolving the party's existing Central Committee to pave the way for new leadership.
Addressing party cadres at a Central Committee meeting held at the National Academy building, Dahal said all committees should be dissolved and fresh leadership elected through a special convention in December.
