MUGLING, April 18 -- The Manakamana Cable Car service will remain closed for one day on Friday.

Manakamana Darshan Pvt Ltd announced the suspension of cable car services on Friday, for maintenance.

Ujjwal Sherchan, deputy general manager of the company, confirmed that regular operations will resume from Saturday onwards.

The cable car service, inaugurated in 2055 BS, serves as a vital link for devotees traveling from Kurintar of Ichchakamana Rural Municipality-4, Chitwan, to the revered Mankamanamai temple in Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3, Gorkha.
