Nepal, May 6 -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially recognized the newly elected executive committee of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) led by Mahesh Shrestha, following the conclusion of the unification general convention under the leadership of Dr Shesh Ghale.

With the general convention now completed, the ministry has also initiated the process of withdrawing its earlier petition submitted to the Supreme Court (SC) seeking an extension of the court-mandated deadline for conducting the NRNA election.
