Nepal, Dec. 31 -- Madhesh Province Chief Minister Krishna Yadav has given full shape to the provincial government by expanding the cabinet for the third time.

On Wednesday, Chief Minister Yadav appointed six additional ministers, taking the cabinet to 12 members. The newly appointed ministers have already taken their oaths of office.
