Nepal, Jan. 19 -- Janamat Party Chair CK Raut has accused former Kathmandu mayor Balendra Shah, (without taking his name) of using state power to marginalise Madheshis and urged the public to identify such actors before it is too late.

Chairperson of the Madhes-based Janamat Party, CK Raut, has urged the public to identify individuals and forces that are against Madheshis before it is too late.Taking to social media, Raut allegedly pointed toward former Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen). During his tenure, Shah had cleared street vendors and scrap collectors, many of whom were from the Madheshi community.

Raut accused certain actors of forcibly driving Madhesis out of Kathmandu by deploying the metropolitan police....
