Kathmandu, June 21 -- Every day in the evening a group of children come out to play in my colony. They scream, they laugh, they jump, and are all really, really happy. I often sit in my balcony, sipping tea, and look at them. I find myself smiling and there's a sense of calm that takes over. No matter how hectic my day has been, this little ritual soothes my senses and fills me with peace. It's a moment I enjoy. I don't think of anything else when I'm watching the children play. For that half an hour every day, I'm living in the moment and am truly happy.
