Nepal, March 4 -- A westerly low-pressure system is partially affecting the country. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology reports that Karnali, Sudurpaschim, and Lumbini provinces have partly to generally cloudy conditions, while the rest of the country has clear weather. Light rainfall is occurring in one or two places in Sudurpaschim Province.

This afternoon, partly to generally cloudy conditions will persist in Karnali, Sudurpaschim, and the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the country will remain partly cloudy to clear.
