KATHMANDU, Feb. 12 -- The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation has invited the 'Swargadwari Guthi (Trust) affected Tenant Farmer Struggle Committee' for dialogue. In a press release, the ministry's Under Secretary and spokesperson, Ganesh Prasad Bhatta, extended the invitation to the protesting 'Swargadwari Guthi (Trust) affected Tenant Farmer Struggle Committee at Maitighar in Kathmandu.
Spokesperson Bhatta stated, "The ministry has already taken necessary actions to implement past agreements, and we urge the protesting parties to come to the negotiation table and resolve the issues raised during the protest through dialogue."
