Kathmandu, Oct. 14 -- The Koshi Province government has decided to cut its budget by 25 percent for the current fiscal year. A meeting of the council of ministers of the provincial government held on Monday decided to slash its budget by 25 percent for this fiscal year.

Internal Affairs and Law Minister of Koshi Province Rewati Raman Bhandari said that the budget would not be implemented as decided by the cabinet meeting.
