Nepal, May 20 -- Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Chief Administrative Officer Saroj Guragai has asked Metropolitan Police Chief Raju Pandey to clarify his actions during a recent dispute at the city office.
Guragai accused Pandey of obstructing him from entering the office on April 3-the day he resumed duties after a long leave. He claimed Pandey illegally deployed metropolitan police without authorization and acted inappropriately upon his arrival.
