Kathmandu, Aug. 6 -- Chairperson of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Nepal, Kamal Thapa, has said that no one can evade responsibility in the controversy surrounding the 'cooling-off period' provision in the Federal Civil Service Bill

Referring to the report submitted by a special parliamentary committee formed to investigate the tampering in the bill, Thapa said the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee (SAGGC)'s Chairperson, Ramhari Khatiwada, should resign on moral grounds.
