Nepal, June 27 -- Khanikhola Hydropower is set to issue rights shares worth Rs 465.7 million after receiving approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

The company has been permitted to float 100 percent rights shares on its current paid-up capital of Rs 465,714,300. Following the issuance, its paid-up capital will double to Rs 931.4 million.

Citizens Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the rights offering.
