Nepal, Feb. 16 -- Sarbendra Khanal, chairperson of Samunnat Party Nepal, has urged the government to immediately make public the report of the Gen-Z investigation being conducted by a committee led by former Special Court Chair Gauri Bahadur Karki.

Khanal accused the government of deliberately extending the tenure of the high-level probe commission formed to examine the legitimacy of the Gen-Z movement and recommend legal action against those responsible. According to him, the extension appears aimed at delaying - if not suppressing - the report's findings.

Speaking to Republica, former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khanal warned that failure to submit the report on time could undermine the very foundation of the Gen-Z movement.
