Nepal, June 3 -- Raju Pandey, the chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan City's municipal police, has been suspended for six months after failing to provide a satisfactory explanation in response to an inquiry.

According to a source at the metropolis, Chief Administrative Officer Saroj Guragain issued the suspension following Pandey's unsatisfactory clarification.
