Nepal, June 30 -- Chitwan National Park has suspended all jeep safari activities starting Monday, citing the ongoing breeding season of wild animals and birds.

According to park spokesperson Avinash Thapa Magar, the ban will remain in place until the second week of Asoj (end of October). The park routinely halts safaris during monsoon season to avoid disturbances to wildlife during sensitive reproductive periods.
