Nepal, Oct. 15 -- The Janaswaraj Party, which was established following a split from the Janamat Party, has been officially registered at the Election Commission (EC).

The EC announced that on October 14, it decided to accept the party's application for registration, along with its statute, flag, election symbol and other details.

Deepak Kumar Sah is currently serving as the chairman of the party.
