Nepal, Sept. 17 -- As of Bhadra (mid-August to mid-September) in the current Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26, revenue collection has reached Rs 158.71 billion. The target was set at Rs 218.46 billion for this one month, but the goal was not achieved.

According to the Ministry of Finance, only 72.65 percent of the target revenue was collected in Bhadra. The Ministry stated that by the end of Bhadra, revenue fell short by Rs 59.75 billion compared to the target.

For Bhadra alone, revenue was estimated to be Rs 94.08 billion, but only Rs 73.61 billion was collected.
