Nepal, Sept. 22 -- The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has expressed its solidarity to help in economic reform measures of the new government.

In a virtual meeting held with Finance Minister Rameshwar Khanal, the IMF Mission Chief Sarwat Jahan said the international watchdog organization is ready to work with the new government on economic reform programs in Nepal. In the meeting, Mission Chief Sarwat discussed with the Finance Minister Khanal the impact of the recent political developments in Nepal on the economy and the continuation of economic reform programs.
