Humla sees four new cases of COVID-19
HUMLA, Nov. 13 -- Four new cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have been detected in Humla district.
Four out of five people from Yalbung of Namkha Rural Municipality, who underwent COVID-19 tests in Surkhet, were found infected with COVID-19 on Thursday, according to local authorities. Earlier, their throat swab samples were collected and sent for COVID-19 testing, which came out positive.
Of the newly-infected, three are women (aged 63, 60 and 31) and a man (aged 16).
Humla was declared as coronavirus-free district on November 3.
