Nepal, June 4 -- Bhatbhateni Group is set to establish a state-of-the-art garment industry in Bhairahawa. The foundation stone for the garment factory, to be set up within the Bhairahawa Special Economic Zone (SEZ), was laid on Wednesday by the Bhatbhateni team, including businessman Umesh Shrestha.

Chairman of the group, Min Bahadur Gurung, performed the bhoomi puja and laid the foundation stone for the industry on the same day.

"This new project marks a significant step in the diversification of Bhatbhateni's business operations, while also conveying a positive message about Nepal's improving industrial environment," said Bhatbhateni COO Panu Paudel.
