Nepal, April 23 -- Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak stated that he is unaware of Education Minister Bidya Bhattarai's resignation. He made this remark while speaking briefly to journalists on Wednesday.

He also clarified that there are no issues between the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML within the government. Regarding the resignation, he said, "The education minister has submitted her resignation. She has spoken with the Prime Minister. Only she can explain what was discussed and the reasons behind her resignation."
