Nepal, Sept. 18 -- Newly-appointed Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has begun a meeting at the office of the Election Commission to discuss the upcoming election to be held on March 5 next year.

Minister Aryal and representatives of security agencies are discussing the security issues and modality for the elections with the acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari.
