Nepal, July 1 -- Him Star Urja Company is set to launch the second phase of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting July 8.
In the first phase, the company had issued shares to locals affected by the project and Nepalis working abroad. Now, in the second phase, it will issue a total of 773,975 shares worth Rs 77.39 million to general investors.

Out of the total issue, 18,650 shares have been reserved for company employees, and 46,625 shares for mutual funds.
The IPO subscription will close on July 11 at the earliest and July 21 at the latest, depending on the response. NIC Asia Capital is the issue and sales manager for this IPO....
