Nepal, May 18 -- The Pokhara High Court (HC) has asked for the case documents in the cooperative fraud case filed against the former Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

A joint bench of Chief Judge Ratna Bahadur Bagchand and Judge Milan Kumar Rai issued the order on Sunday to obtain the case files submitted at the Kaski District Court.Earlier on Friday, Lamichhane's legal team objected to the hearing moving forward without their knowledge. Following the objection, the bench deferred the petitions to Sunday.
